Delete your GoWin account
This page lets GoWin users request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data without installing or signing in to the app.
Your account will be disabled immediately after you submit.
All website and app sessions will end and you will no longer be able to sign in. Please make sure you understand this effect before continuing.
How we handle your data
Deleted or anonymized
Account credentials, profile details, device data, preferences, payout accounts, and other personal data that directly identifies you.

Secure verification
Submit a deletion request
We will send a one-time verification code to your registered GoWin email address. The code is valid for 5 minutes.
Request received
Your account is now disabled
GoWin has received your deletion request. Keep the request number below. Support will process associated data in order and notify you by email.
